How Services works

Services is the neighborhood's contractor list.

What an entry tells you

Every entry answers the same four questions: what the work was, roughly when it happened, roughly what it cost, and whether the neighbor would use that company again. An entry reads like this:

Pheasant Run. Roof replaced, March 2025. $14,200. Would use again.

One page per company

Each company appears once. When a second neighbor has used them, that entry is added to the same page instead of starting a second listing, so all the jobs done by one company are in one place.

The rules

• Only members can add an entry, and only about work done at their own house.
• Businesses do not add themselves.
• Placement is not for sale. The order comes from how many neighbors have used a company.
• Prices are rough and they go out of date.
